By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCEMYSELF LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinanceMyself LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing law and disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and disclosures linked from the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
