Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: June 20, 2026
In plain English: some links on this site can earn us a commission if you apply or buy through them. It never costs you anything extra, and it never changes what we recommend.
What affiliate links are
FinanceMyself participates in affiliate and referral programs. This means that when you click certain links to financial products or services and then take an action (such as opening an account, getting a quote, or making a purchase), we may receive a commission or referral fee from the provider or an advertising network.
It costs you nothing extra
Affiliate commissions are paid by the advertiser, not by you. You pay the same price (and receive the same offer) whether you use our link or go directly to the provider.
Independence comes first
We only feature products we believe are worth your attention, and our ratings and opinions are formed independently of any commercial relationship. We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review, a higher ranking, or favorable coverage. If a product is mediocre, we say so — commission or not. For the full picture of how compensation can and cannot influence our content, see our Advertiser Disclosure and Editorial Policy.
How we label affiliate content
- Pages that contain affiliate links include a disclosure near the top, before the first such link.
- Monetized outbound links are marked with
rel="sponsored nofollow", per search-engine and FTC guidance. - Calls-to-action that lead to a partner are labeled as advertiser links.
Types of partners we may work with
These can include credit card issuers and networks, loan marketplaces, insurance lead-generation services, tax software companies, budgeting and investing apps, business finance tools, and credit-monitoring services. The presence of a partner relationship does not guarantee placement or a positive review.
